Our Rates Reflect the Summer, Winter and Holiday Seasons.
Summer Rates (May 1-Nov. 1)
2 Guests: $1250 usd/week
4 Guests: $1750 usd/week
6 Guests: $2250 usd/week
Winter Rates (Nov.1-May 1) *
2 Guests: $2000 usd/week
4 Guests: $2500 usd/week
6 Guests: $3000 usd/week
Christmas and New Years weeks
6 Guests: $4000 usd/week
*excludes Christmas week and New Years week
Payment Policies
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa.
The final 50% is due 1 month prior to arrival. A 50% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation.
If you cancel less than one month prior to arrival no refund is issued unless we can re-rent the villa.
In the event that we cannot re-rent the villa we allow you to choose another date with a $500 penalty within one year.
A $500 security deposit will be charged to your credit card. It will be credited back the day you leave providing nothing is damaged.
We accept credit cards for payment.
